ABOUT Karen

Karen is a proud NIU alum (and NIU mom) who has been a graphic artist at Cain for over 30 years. While spanning the design and production realms, she has created many webpages, ads, brochures, and technical documents over the years. She finds the rapid change within technology and the industry amusing (and a bit too rapid)! She thrives on whipping “can of worms” projects into shape, organizing elements, solving problems, and making things look pretty – while making clients happy. She is a big fan of cats, coffee, true crime shows, paranormal lore, and ’80s music and pop culture.
